- All gift cards can be purchased online at https://metropolezlicin.giftify.net/.
- Gift cards for personal use can also be purchased at information desk in the shopping center.
- The gift card can be redeemed in selected Metropole Zličín stores which accept gift cards (stores that do not accept gift cards can be found here).
- The gift card can only be topped up once in the amount from CZK 500 to CZK 6,000.
- The validity of the gift card is exactly 1 year from the date of purchase/top-up.
- The gift card can be used repeatedly until the credit amount is used up.
- The gift card cannot be extended.
- After the gift card expires, you will not be able to use the remaining balance. You are not entitled to a refund of the gift card balance.
- Gift cards cannot be combined.
- The gift card is transferable.
- The Metropole Zličín gift card can be used as a regular payment card.
- The gift card is not contactless, payment takes place via a magnetic strip.
- The value of the gift card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
- In case of loss, theft or impairment of the gift card, it is possible to request a transfer of the current financial balance to a new gift card in the shopping center after presenting a receipt or other proof of purchase with the card's TOKEN number. A fee of CZK 150 will be charged for issuing a replacement gift card.
- If the gift card is magnetized, a new gift card is issued completely free of charge.
- In case of loss or theft, the gift card can be blocked in the shopping center.
